City First Global
Your next hundred members live within three miles of your church. They are not coming on their own.
One live hour for pastors across Africa, the United Kingdom and Canada on how to see your city, show up in it, and invite it in.
One hour. Every time zone.
Tuesday 10 November 2026, 12:00 PM Eastern · 7:00 PM Windhoek
It was never a preaching problem.
The people your church is called to reach already live on your streets. They pass the building every week.
Most churches wait for them to walk in. City First turns a congregation around to face its own neighborhood, so the church knows who is out there, shows up where they are, and asks them in.
It works the same in Windhoek, Lagos, London, Toronto and Los Angeles. The streets change. The call does not.
Three moves.
Any city.
Map the City
Know who actually lives within three miles of your church: the people, the needs, the places they gather. You cannot reach a city you have never looked at.
Occupy the Block
Presence first. Show up where your neighbors already are, then build the partnerships and bridges that let you stay. Occupation is never done alone.
Invite the City
Make the ask nobody made. Turn your members into people who invite, and give your neighbors a real reason to come home.
Built for the pastor who wants the city.
Senior pastors, church planters, and the leaders who build alongside them, wherever in the world your church stands.
- A new way to see your cityHow to look at the three miles around your church and find the people already living there.
- The Map, Occupy, Invite frameworkThe same three moves taught at City First in Los Angeles, now for a global room.
- A first move for your churchLeave knowing the first step your church can take in its own neighborhood.
- A room that spans the worldPastors from across Africa, the UK and Canada learning the same moves together.
Pastors and leaders filled the room at City First Los Angeles in August 2026. City First Global takes the same framework online, so pastors anywhere can be part of it.

Michael Amey

Today he leads Michael Amey Global, hosts The Monday Leader podcast, and teaches City First to pastors who want their church to win the people already living around it.
